What kind of diabolically evil, demented and heartless person could do such a thing to poor ol' 'Herkimer'?  Just look at the BEFORE and AFTER photos taken by the Humane Society of America!  If there were ever a case of animal cruelty, surely this qualifies!

BEFORE
Well-fed, healthy and happy.

AFTER
Emaciated, dehydrated, & hallucinating.
