How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!” – Romans 10:14-15 (NIV)
God has given us His creation to display His glory, but that is not enough – there needs to be an explanation of that creation. Paul is telling us preaching is the means of grace that helps us toward belief in the redemption of creation. Unless we are willing to tell others about Jesus, we are not giving them the chance to believe. We have good news that needs to be lived AND spoken to those around us. Let God send you today.
