Perhaps Southern District Associate Commissioner Jerry D. Lairmore should have studied Shakespeare when he was in school. If he had done so, he would know and appreciate the truism that the unemployed and the underemployed DO NOT want to be unemployed and underemployed. Yes, Jerry, you should have studied Shakespeare!
