The following exclusive video tape shows "Ralphie Boy" during his first day in a padded cell at an undisclosed state mental institution.  "Ralphie Boy" seems happy with his new surroundings.  We have been told that with time (lots of time), "Ralphie Boy" should recover from his current psychosis.
