"Good morning, Frank!  This is trained weather spotter, Charlie Farquharson, reporting from the Kaffee House on East First Street.  Great coffee down here, Frank!  Right now we have a temperture of 30 F.  The precipitation has not yet begun to fall.  It is cold, dry and windy!"

And now let's get a report from Winston Weatherly, our trained weather spotter from Ward 2 Hermann who is reporting LIVE from the corner of 6th and Washington Streets .....

"Top o' the mornin' to ya, Frank!  Dry, cold and windy here at the corner of 6th and Washington Streets!  We'll be reporting from various locations in Ward 2 during the next few days.  I can feel the dampness in the air.  I think this is going to be a MONSTER STORM!"
