Our most recent poll is now closed.  We now know the answer to the poll questiond, so there is no point in leaving the poll open any longer.

The poll question was this:

Will Gasconade County Presiding Commissioner Ron Jost sign checks for legal bills incurred by respondents in the "salary overpayment lawsuit" (Jerry Lairmore and Max Aubuchon) at the December 2nd Commission Meeting in Owensville?

The responses were as follows:

YES - 6 votes (85%)
NO - 1 vote (14%)
NOT SURE - 0 votes (0%)

Well, we now KNOW the answer!  Presiding Commissioner Ron Jost, in flagrant disregard for and arrogant defiance of the legal advice provided by Prosecuting Attorney Ada Brehe-Krueger in the form of a written letter to all three Commissioners, did in fact sign the checks to Southern District Associate Commissioner Jerry Lairmore and former Northern District Associate Commissioner Max Aubuchon.
