In the 2006 movie "Man Of The Year", comedian Tom Dobbs (played by Robin Williams) becomes President of the United States.  When interviewed by Amy Poehler and Tina Fey on 'Saturday Night Live', Dobbs quips .....

"Politicians are like baby diapers.  They should be changed often ..... and for the same reason!"

On August 3rd, the citizens of Gasconade County will have a chance to make a change.  The change is long overdue.  And the stench has become unbearable!
