Ralphie Boy apparently got off his meds again today and fired off three (3) more angry comments. Ralphie Boy is now up to a grand total of eleven (11) comments which have been unfit to publish.
Now that, in and of itself, is really not "news" anymore. I'm just amazed at how obsessed this guy has become with Hermann Hearsay. He persists in wanting us to publish his false accusations against an honest man who resides here in Hermann. But he won't provide credible evidence to back up his accusations, and he won't attribute his information to a specific source or sources.
Ralphie Boy doesn't seem to understand that we just can't publish serious accusations and malicious rumors in the absence of credible proof. To publish and amplify a false accusation or rumor against an honest man would be highly unprofessional, and doing so could very well expose us to a civil lawsuit for defamation of character.
Ralphie Boy, get back on your meds! And please stay away from our website!

Ralphie Boy fires back with another comment (#12) unfit to publish at 9:47 p.m. Threats, intimidation, etc. Ralphie Boy's modus operandi! Ralphie Boy's animous is now focused on me rather than the innocent man which he falsely accuses! Ralphie Boy, I know who you are ... and little bully boys like you don't intimidate me one damned bit!
ReplyDeleteOh Jimmy, I think you're being a bit rough on poor little Ralphie Boy. Maybe he just didn't have the best upbringing in the world! No discipline, manners or standards taught to him by his mommy! Make some compensating allowances for that!

If you did have something, you would have taken it elsewhere to have it published. Take it to the Gasconade County Republican or to CNL. Their editorial standards may be lower than those of Hermann Hearsay. Perhaps you can get your "story" published there. On the otherhand, they might demand facts, evidence and credible sources just as I have!

P.S. "Ralphie Boy", you have now left 13 angry, threatening and intimidating comments. I would be careful were I you. All of your comments have been saved, and I will not hesitate to produce them as evidence of your threats and intimidation tactics when the time is right.
ReplyDeleteA word to the wise: If you are not going to tell us the source of your "information" regarding the supposed wrongdoing you allege, if you are not going to tell us the exact amount of money which you claim has been "defrauded" from the DES, and if you are not going to identify yourself, then we are certainly not going to publish your "story".
In that event, there seems to be absolutely NO reason for you to continue commenting on this matter. If you continue to offer your angry, threatening comments, we will regard the entirety of your behavior as abusive and threatening, and we will turn the information which we have accumulated over to law enforcement authorities.

"fraud case".), and

I'm getting the very distinct feeling that you are "cyber-stalking" me and "cyber-bullying" me. There are laws against that sort of thing, don't ya know! No, you probably don't have the mental capacity to understand that! Go check it out with your attorney. While you're checking that one out, you might also want to ask him/her about the financial damages (actual and punitive) which might be awarded in a successful defamation of character civil lawsuit.
I've got 14 of your abusive and threatening comments saved in my archives, and I also have the IP address (72.172.193.117) and physical address from which these comments were sent.
