Tonight: Mostly cloudy skies early then periods of showers late. Low 37F. Winds SSE at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 40%.

Tomorrow: Rain showers early with overcast skies later in the day. High near 40F. Winds WSW at 15 to 25 mph. Chance of rain 60%.

Tomorrow night: Partly cloudy and windy. Low 17F. Winds NW at 20 to 30 mph.

Sunday: Windy with times of sun and clouds. Highs in the mid 20s and lows in the mid single digits.

For God was pleased to have all his fullness dwell in him, and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace through his blood, shed on the cross. – Colossians 1:19-20

The apostle Paul states that Christ is the summation of the purposes of God. We see that God is bringing his creation back (reconciling) to Himself through Jesus. This has big ramifications! This means that all of history, all of the Scripture, and all of our lives are to be seen in light of Christ and His work on the cross. Do we see everything this way? Are we living in such a way that we are proclaiming God’s pleasure in Jesus to those around us?
