It looks like more people from the south end of the county agree a county jail needs to be located near Hermann. It's time the north end joins with the south and appoint a five man commitee to find a spot for a new jail in the Hermann area! Hauling prisoners from Rosebud Owensville or Bland will not save the county anything. The R-2 School District can't afford to give anything away. Cletus Snow Canaan Mo.

ReplyDeleteThe truth of the matter is we need to "run the numbers". I doubt that constructing a state-of-the-art jail will have a positive ROR.

We need to follow the law, the mayor and council of Rosebud read the State Law a jail must be in Hermann! This stuff just never ends..... Owensville Res
