Patrick Layton Paulsen is a GREAT AMERICAN!  Although Pat ran unsuccessfully for President several times in the 60s and 70s, we still support the strong stand he took then and still takes on the issues of concern to all Americans.  Now, four decades later, Hermann Hearsay is supporting and endorsing Pat Paulsen in his bid to unseat incumbent Brian Chorley as Ward 2 Alderman of Hermann.

Paulsen has all the qualifications necessary to do a fine job for the people of Hermann.  Paulsen has no court record (that we can find) on http://www.case.net/.  I suppose it is possible that Mr. Paulsen, being a very shrewd and well-connected politician, has managed to have his court records expunged.  Mr. Paulsen is a wise man, and we have never known him to intentionally lie.  He does drink a little bit, but we are willing to overlook this one and ONLY character flaw!

Here is a tape of Pat Paulsen stating his position on three big national issues four decades ago.  Pat appeared on the Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour in 1967 and 1968, providing his editorial comments regarding Social Security, gun control and healthcare.  Pat's views haven't changed one bit since that time!

VOTE PAT PAULSEN FOR WARD 2 ALDERMAN OF HERMANN!  IF PAT CAN HANDLE THE BIG NATIONAL ISSUES, HE CAN CERTAINLY DEALWITH OUR POT HOLES AND BROKEN SEWER LINES!
