The body is a unit, though it is made up of many parts; and though all its parts are many, they form one body. So it is with Christ. – 1 Corinthians 12:12
This description of the church helps us understand our identity in Christ. When we refer to a walk with Christ, do we see that walk as singular or plural? For most of us in Western culture, we view our spirituality in individualistic terms. But the Scripture challenges that view. We can’t do it without the rest of the body. To walk with Christ is to value a community. Have you found your part in that community?
