Where does the time go? It seems like just yesterday we were starting our small, inconsequential blog. And now 1,500 postings later, it seems like we are just scratching the service of what is possible! So much more to do!
We want to thank our readers for your support and encouragement. Thanks for taking an interest in our work and thanks for taking time to leave us an occasional comment.
We also want to recognize and thank HermannMoNews, a relatively new local news blog published by my new friend 'Poor Richard 2011'. I first met 'Poor Richard 2011' about two months ago when he emailed me to thank HermannHearsay for inspiring him to create his own news blog. Since that time, we have worked together and shared helpful information.
I consider HermannMoNews to be the 'Drudge Report of Hermann'. 'Poor Richard' is especially adept at doing internet research and digging up news stories with local content as well as national and global stories of potential local interest. Congratulations to all staff of Hermann Hearsay on your milestone! Thank you also for the kind words and more importantly, your encouragement the last couple months. I know the conservations I have had with you folks, have given me more ideas than I can number. The internet is an always evolving medium and I feel it is important to keep ones own website growing and changing to what seems to be the forever changing expectations of the readers. Brainstorming with other webmasters is very helpful way of staying on top of things.
