In the case of "Larry Miskel v. Ronald Jost", 20th Circuit Judge, The Honorable Gael D. Wood heard oral arguments by attorneys for both sides between approximately 3 p.m. and approximately 4:30 p.m. Brett J. Hellman, attorney for respondent Ronald Jost, and P. Dennis Barks, attorney for appellant Larry Miskel, were both thorough and professional in their presentations and in their examinations of the two witnesses who were called to testify. The two witnesses called to testify in the case were Larry Miskel, Mayor of Hermann and appellant in the case, and Lesa Lietzow, County Clerk and Overseer of Elections.
Judge Wood informed the litigants that he would take the case under advisement and would render a decision next week.
